If we have no contact with you then following the expiry of a period as we consider appropriate we will archive for file or may delete it.

Site Traffic Analysis
We may monitor and track traffic to and from our site, including the Internet domains and web sites from which visitors arrive at our site, what pages they access on our site and where they navigate to after visiting our site. From time to time we may analyse this data for trends and statistics so that we may redesign our own facilities and optimise the experience on our site.

Viruses
We are unable to offer any guarantee that the contents of the site are free from viruses or similar which have destructive or contaminating properties and shall therefore have no liability in respect thereof. We regularly check the site for viruses using the leading proprietary virus checking software.

Third Parties
At present, the option of storing candidates CV's within our database exists, and at this time no option exists for third parties to access this database. If a decision is made to change this aspect of the site then we will seek your consent first. While all reasonable security measures have been implemented, we are unable to accept responsibility for intrusion by third parties acting illegally.

Information Access
Any information sent via the Jigsaw Search & Selection website or by e-mail will only be read by Jigsaw Search & Selection staff. As with any information sent to Jigsaw Search & Selection, documents will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any further parties without the originators prior consent.

Equal Opportunities

The site has an area where you can submit feedback. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of Jigsaw Search & Selection.  This information may be used for marketing purposes, or to contact you for further feedback on the site.
